Refund Policy

  • Qpal is committed to process all refunds within 24 hours.
  • Please note that banks take 3-12 days to process the refunds.
  • Should an event attendee have a successful Qpal balance and require a refund, they are entitled to a return of the credit back to the bank card they deposited on.
  • Qpal is not responsible of any dispute against goods and or consumables that the customer has purchased using Qpal, customer in this case shall communicate with the event and / or venue organizers for further assistance.
  • Refund amount cannot be greater than the payment amount.
  • Refund amount will be credited to the very same credit card or debit card that customer has originated the initial successful payment from.
  • You can refund your remining unused balance within the application in matter of 1 click. Choose “account info” on the homepage, then go to choose “manage payments” and then “refund”. This step will perform a refund order to the entire remaining balance.
