Qpal, a Dubai-based tech start-up, incubated by in5, is officially launching its mobile payment solution in the UAE market with the aim to transform the live event industry.
Since its conception in Scotland in January 2016, Qpal has developed from a one-man concept to a thriving start-up, incorporated within Dubai Internet City as part of in5. With its innovative fintech solution delivering an entirely cashless payment experience for both event attendees and organisers, Qpal aims to reduce queuing times, increase revenues, and most importantly, get event attendees back to the event they came to enjoy.

The Qpal solution provides a seamless POS experience for accepting transactions at live events, removing the need to operate cash bars, token schemes and out-dated RFID systems.
The potential of this cashless mobile solution has already been recognised by industry leaders and in5, an enabling platform for entrepreneurs and start-ups, which welcomed Qpal into its exclusive Tech Innovation Centre in August 2017.
